We are delighted that the Hinterturm (back tower) in Schlitz is once again shining in festive splendor – as the world's largest candle! Last week, the impressive steel flame structure was successfully mounted on the approximately 36-meter-high tower, making it over 40 meters tall. This secures the town of Schlitz 's place in the Guinness Book of Records once again.

With the help of a powerful mobile crane from RKT Regel GmbH, the flame structure was lifted onto the tower. A particular challenge was the precise work at such a dizzying height – a task that the employees of the city of Schlitz mastered with skill thanks to their many years of experience.

Now all that's missing is the tower's characteristic red cladding, and the festive atmosphere of the Schlitz Castle Christmas can begin. We are proud to be able to participate in this local project, which is known far beyond the region.

On the first weekend of Advent, we look forward to visiting the Christmas market with our staff and enjoying the special atmosphere there.
