Height Obstacle Geometry Profiler OGP
An innovative tool for the precise creation of a height-obstacle profile for feasibility studies.
Heavy-duty transport poses a logistical challenge, especially when it comes to detecting height obstacles. This is where the innovative OGP (Overhead Obstacle Geometry Profiler) tool comes into play. OGP not only enables the precise detection of objects such as bridges, traffic lights, traffic signs, power lines, heavy branches, etc., but also supports the detailed preparation of feasibility studies for heavy-duty transport.
The OGP system consists of two main components: a control box installed in the vehicle and a precise sensor mounted on the roof of the vehicle. These components work in perfect synchronization to provide precise measurements of obstacle height.
With the App Connect option, the measurements can also be saved and mapped on a smartphone. This feature allows us to efficiently use the collected elevation data from a route in the preparation of feasibility studies.

3D planning
Transport simulation for heavy and large transports as well as terrain and building surveying
Using our mobile 3D scanner, we are able to simulate detailed views of transport routes with millimeter precision. Three-dimensional measurement makes it possible to factor in obstacles that might be overlooked at first glance directly into the planning process.
Other areas of application include the calculation of bulk material quantities and the creation of height profiles (leveling) for larger areas - e.g. for industrial areas.
